Signature Homes builds homes that are fun, exciting, innovative, and incorporate great design. We understand that creative design coupled with exceptional craftsmanship comes from the heart. Without great design and craftsmanship, there is no reason for us to build. Though we aren't a big company, we have been building homes in the Fargo-Moorhead community for more than 20 years. You will enjoy the fact that when you are going throgh the home building process, you will be dealing directly with the owner and his wife (Toby and Stephanie Differding). You aren't going to get pushed from one department to the next, we are the departments! With over 20 years of building and framing experience and high expectations of quality work, you can be rest assured that Toby will be keeping close watch over every detail. Stephanie is a licensed real estate agent and will also assist in your project from coordinating meetings with subs to helping with design. From your first meeting to receiving the keys to your new home, you will work directly with Toby and Stephanie building a lasting relationship along the way.
